Terms Of Service

1. 3 slots per person at a time.

2. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE under any circumstance.
Harassment, threats, "stalking", disparage, ridicule, scorn will result in being blacklisted PERMANENTLY.

3. I WILL NOT DRAW racist and/or hateful artwork, graphic fetishes and/or pornographic material.

4. In the interest of clarity, please do not use any "Typing Quirks" in your commission request.

1. Do not claim or distribute my artwork(s). If you paid for the artwork or received a freebie from me, you are free to edit however you like without needing my approval.

2. All commissioned artwork will be uploaded publicly (Furaffinty, Deviantart, Twitter, Sheezy, Buzzly, Instagram, etc) with credit to the owner of the character.

3. You may re-upload my artwork as long as you credit me under the name "DaGrandDragonn" with a link to any of the following websites listed under the 'Socials' portion of the DaGrandDragonn Neocities website.

4. PLEASE SAVE THE ARTWORK. I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.

5. All base prices are for PERSONAL use. Commercial licenses for use on merchandise and other such things are purchased with a 500% price increase.

6. Under no circumstances may purchased bases and resources be 'given away'.

7. If you have purchased a character design, custom or have gotten a hold of any designs through other means, you have no usage restrictions.
Only applies to the design of the character. The design's artwork is personal use without a commercial license unless stated otherwise.

1. NO REFUNDS. Work will only be refunded if I am unable to complete the artwork under any circumstances.

2. Payment must be made first before I start the artwork.

3. Chargebacks and/or non-consensual refunds are not permitted and WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED PERMANENTLY.

4. If you would like your artwork to be done in less than one week (two days at the least) then you must pay an extra $40+ for rushed order (price may vary depending on complexity) to complete the artwork UNDER MY APPROVAL. This will put you as a top priority. Rush order must be stated before invoice is sent.

5. If you wish to cancel the commission before payment, there are no repercussions. The commission will be cancelled and no further action needs to be taken.

6. Never send payment without my approval first.

7. AUD. I only accept paypal.

8. If you haven't paid me for 3 days, I will contact you. If I have gotten no reply after 24 hours, I'll assume you're cancelling the commission.

9. Refunds will not be given for base or resource purchases.

1. You will only get ONE FREE MAJOR REVISION for the sketch stage (ex: changing poses, character, sex).
Minor revisions such as changing hair style, expressions and/or accessories are limited to 5 changes per commission.
Additional revisions will be charged according to the amount of change that is required to your satisfaction.

2. Artwork is done in varying sizes depending on your commission type and saved in PNG format.
They are cropped (if no background) to reduce negative space. However, if you want a certain size please specify before payment.

3. Your contact information MUST BE ACTIVE as communication is crucial for the artwork process.

If you do not agree to these Terms, THEN you are not allowed to commission me. T.O.S is subject to change without notice. Some exceptions may apply.
